Banked Cord Blood saves lives

At NECBB, we believe the Cord Blood has unlimited possibilities – it is proven time and again that is expressible by stories that we receive from our customers. Only during the holidays, our founders, John and Cathy Rizza, received a letter from Leighsa m. Leighsa infant daughter Cameron was diagnosed with anemia, a rare blood, can be fatal: the doctors did not expect her to live in the past, birthday 10.

The daughter of the scientist and researcher, Leighsa believed the potential power cord Blood to treat a variety of disorders, including her daughter. Later gave birth to two boys and the Maldives their Blood cord with NECBB. One of the boys: Davis, was a match 6/6 tissue for his sister. In 2007, Cameron on the disease had progressed to the point where it was necessary to not overdo it and doctors were able to use the cord blood of her brother.

Show was a success and almost 3 years later, Cameron is now a happy and healthy eleventh summer.
